Forestville Elementary Hits a New Record!

Students from Forestville Elementary visited the Kiss 98.5 studio on Wednesday, February 1 to hang out with DJ Anthony and share why they went Bald For Bucks! On December 22, 2016 they raised more money than ever before—over $10,000! For many of the students this was not their first time Goin' Bald For Bucks. In fact, some students have even gone FIVE times! 

The students, along with parents and two of their teachers, got an exclusive tour of the Kiss 98.5 studio and had a pizza party with DJ Anthony and some of the high school students from the Yroswell Street Team!

This was the school’s seventh year Goin' Bald For Bucks to show their love and support for everyone in the Forestville family who has been touched by cancer. Top fundraiser, Brayden Smith, says this is his way of giving back and supporting his two brothers whose mom passed away from cancer.
