79th Street School Goes Bald For Bucks For The Fourth Time!

The 79th Street School from Niagara Falls went Bald for Bucks today, Friday, February 9 for the fourth year in a row! Students and teachers all joined the cause to go Bald for those they love. Many of the students have personal connections to cancer, whether it has affected friends or family members, and others did it because they recognize the importance of cancer research and want to help all those affected by the disease. 

For the first time since the school started participating in Bald for Bucks they finally had a female student shave her entire head! Emily and a few of her peers visited the Entercom Studio earlier this week to meet with DJ Anthony from Kiss 98.5 and give some on-air shoutouts to their friends, families and donors. The students were able to tour the studio and had a pizza party with DJ Anthony and some Yroswell Street Teamers afterwards.
