Salvatore Deni Leads Nichols School in Fundraising

Nichols School held an amazing event for their 11th time Goin' Bald For Bucks last week on Wednesday, March 6, and raised a total of $14,000! All of the students were passionate about helping to raise money for life-changing cancer research at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. 

Salvatore Deni, a veteran Bald For Bucks participant, lead the way in fundraising and was able to secure over $6,000 in donations. Not only did this make him the top fundraiser at Nichols School, but also the top overall fundraiser in Buffalo—even surpassing Marty Biron!

The students visited the Kiss 98.5 studio on Wednesday, March 12, to talk about their event and thank all of the people who helped make it a success. From donors, to friends, teachers, parents and the Buffalo School of Cosmetology & Barbering, this event was a true community effort.
